GuideSource Negotiates Workout for Client with a Midwest Regional Bank

GuideSource completed workout negotiations for their Cient with a Midwest Regional Bank. Names of Client and Bank remain confidential. Under the terms of agreement, the LOC was termed out, bank retained UCC filing on cash, equipment, and assets which result in the note being 75% collateralized. No personal guarantees were required of principles.
Business is able to service the termed loan with sufficient cash flow and reserves to support operations during the term period based upon conservative forecasts.

GuideSource was selected by Eniva USA Inc and approved by the US Bankruptcy court to serve as financial professionals in Eniva’s chapter 11 case.
Eniva filed for emergency Chapter 11 protection on March 1, 2011. Their plan is to relocate, reject the lease for their current location, and install other cost-saving measures to restore profitability. They intend to present a plan for creditor review in 2011 with anticipation of plan confirmation by creditors in 2012.
